Skinny is NOT the Goal!


Body image – what do you believe you should and perhaps can look like?  Long and lean, toned and strong, bigger, littler – its a bit confusing.  My thought is always health.  Build muscle (not to excess), enjoy cardio like biking and hiking and understand that your body is where you LIVE – and if it breakdowns, where will you go!  Look inside, eat well, drink plenty of water and breathe – the rest will take care of itself!
