Our life is what our thoughts make it and the blatant truth is that stress doesn’t come from external sources like i.e. your work, colleagues, boss, your family or friends, traffic jams, health challenges, or any other circumstances, it simply comes from you, from within, your thoughts about these circumstances. It is your reaction to these circumstances that can have a negative impact on you, so having a positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events and outcomes and can have extraordinary results, whereas having a negative attitude will create the opposite..My advise, change your thoughts, nurture your mind, say no to all the drama, just stay calm and you will change your world.
