I know you're busy getting ready for the holidays, so I'm going to keep this short and sweet! I wanted to give you MY ALL TIME FAV FIT- FAST- FRESH & FUN THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY RECIPE for fitness inspired by my dear friend Becca!! I truly love everything about the holiday because it means FAMILY FUN TIME - lots of friends gathering and cooking! I love to cook, bake and eat! Don't you?  BUT first a few tips: 1. Be sure to eat slowly.  2. KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT YOUR LAST MEAL!! :) 3. Fill the INSIDE of your plate 1X  4. Protein is a fist size 5. Veggies are 2 -3 fists (umm, if they aren't loaded with marshmallows) 6. Don't snack on the appetizers 7. Drink 8-10oz of water 30 minutes BEFORE you eat! 8. Never eat without a napkin on your lap (translates to: don't eat standing up) 9. Stop before you've cleared that plate and ask yourself, "Am I still hungry?" 10. ENJOY the people. The LOVE. The Gratitude. That's truly what this holiday SEASON is all about.. not the food. 11. Take a tupperware container and pack some of this goodies you couldn't finish in your plate for another meal.

Body Builders will tell you that a strong, lean body is MADE in the kitchen, not the gym. Well here’s an exciting bonus - certain food CAN boost your metabolism and help you burn fat just by EATING THEM! What Is Metabolism? Metabolism is the amount of energy or calories needed by your body to maintain itself throughout the day. Everyone's metabolism is different and affected by your body’s composition -people with more muscles will have a higher metabolism, while those that are less muscular have a lower metabolism. Old adage to get you motivated to go to the gym (or SpinGym regularly) muscle burns fat for fuel! A person with a higher metabolism (due to working out and greater muscle mass) will be able to eat more calories daily than another person with the same weight and height that does not workout or have the same amount of muscle mass. Great news for those of us who LOVE to eat. The foods listed below can literally scorch calories as you chew - they are ones with very high thermogenic properties. SO! Feed your metabolism with these… Hot peppers Capsaicin, the compound that gives chili peppers their kick, heats up [...]

TOP FIVE MEDICAL REASONS TO EXERCISE WITH SPINGYM written by Dr. L. Krudo When I first met Forbes Riley I was immediately struck by her passion and commitment.  Her knowledge of the human body from her experience as a dancer, martial artist, massage therapy, and fitness expert were equally if not more impressive.  But I must admit, when I first saw her SpinGym, I was skeptical.  Until I used it myself, and then I too, understand the power and genius of this amazing device. As a doctor, I use a “whole person approach” when taking care of my patients. By combining the very best hands-on-technique, state of the art physiotherapy procedures, and providing clients with the newest and best fitness programs and natural vitamins and mineral supplements on the market today.   My mission is to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health. I first recommend finding an exercise program that is low-impact and effective in promoting core strength, increased flexibility, and improved balance.   Below are 5 reasons why I endorse the Forbes Riley SpinGym Weight control
