These exercise protocols are based more on general areas / pain / pathology rather than specific dysfunctions.  We have determined that if we try and tailor different exercise for EVERY pathology / dysfunction, that there would likely be too many contraindications which would deter success and overall Spin Gym compliance.  The treating doctor will then be able to tailor these to their specific patient for their pain levels and range of motion.

We recommend that these be used in the subacute / chronic time periods of tissue healing.   The patient will start out with one set to moderate fatigue and progress to 2-3 sets to moderate fatigue over a 3-week period.
