10 Tips for Successful Networking Networking and Follow-Thru is the true key to relationship building and ultimate success in business. Networking is about being genuine and authentic, building trust and relationships, and seeing how you can help others. When in comes to Networking Groups - Ask yourself what your goals are in participating in networking meetings so that you will pick groups that will help you get what you are looking for. Some meetings are based more on learning, making contacts, and/or volunteering rather than on strictly making business connections. Rule # 1 - Visit as many groups as possible that spark your interest. Notice the tone and attitude of the group. Do the people sound supportive of one another? Does the leadership appear competent? Many groups will allow you to visit two times before joining. Hold volunteer positions in organizations. This is a great way to stay visible and give back to groups that have helped you. Ask open-ended questions in networking conversations. This means questions that ask who, what, where, when, and how as opposed to those that can be answered with a simple yes or no. This form of questioning opens up the discussion and shows listeners [...]
People always ask me, 'How do you get kids to eat healthy?" The answer is simple - feed them healthy - may sound easy but before most children are 2 years old they have been inundated with sugar, birthday cake, candy, high fructose corn syrup, cereals, ice cream and the list goes on... food that if you truly realized how bad it was - you wouldn't feed to someone who hated - but now you are noticing you're feeding it your most precious loved ones -- they are getting desensitized to taste, further away from raw, natural flavors and the heading towards early diabetes, obesity and a host of health problems. If its true you ARE WHAT YOU EAT - then lets start with natural, nutrition rich ingredients to help build our young ones as strong and healthy as possible yes? replace sugar drinks with fresh natural juices (adding in veggies) offer them water whenever possible involve them in the cook process in the kitchen talk about what food really is and why we eat - and if you don't know, lets get educated!

This could be one of my FAVORITE reviews on SpinGym - found on Amazon A guy who loves the Forbes Riley Spin Gym!! By PMG on March 24, 2011 I have been using the Spin Gym this past month and have really taken to this little gadget with the big results. I have arthritis in my lower back so lifting big, bulky, heavy weights is not an option for me anymore (and I'm in my mid 30s). I have to be careful with what I do, and what I love about the Spin Gym is that I can still work my chest, back, arms, even abs and legs all with one functioning and functionable product. And guys....don't think you won't get an amazing workout!! You get so much bang for your buck with Spin Gym. You get two workout DVDs that creates variety and challenge. You can use it at your own pace. You can get up to 20 lbs. of resistance depending on the rate your spinning. My favorite exercises are "hugging a tree", "climbing a ladder", "arrow", and "lawnmower". When I do the abs workout, trying to do a crunch and keeping Spin Gym spinning is a challenge that my [...]
Magic - I put the jeans on and wow - I look like I lost 10 pounds! Also at my age, I would never consider wearing "skinny" tight legged jeans -- well I have found my dream pair. We had so much fun with these 4 ways stretched jeans that I didn't want to take them off and went to the website and bought 4 more in different cuts and of course added black! Also a shout out to the energetic and passionate Kasie Savage who made laugh out loud I almost split my seams! Brothers David and Sam were never straight A students and therefore never got an allowance from their parents. They were left with no choice but to quit school at a young age and work at their father’s jeans store. Reluctant at first, they worked by their dad’s side and eventually fell in love with the fashion industry. Searching for a new challenge and with barely any experience in manufacturing and wholesaling, they started designing and producing jeans. Their goal: Produce the most comfortable yet fashionable women’s jeans. After years of trial and error, extensive investment, countless sleepless nights, Lola Jeans was finally born in [...]
Power Among Sisters - I love Linda and Allison Krebs energy and passion - and they even had mom on the set. Probiotic Skincare Benefits |BeBe & Bella.com As soon as you begin using BeBella, you’ll notice a change. Fine lines and wrinkles will begin to soften, dry skin will become deeply hydrated, inflammation and redness will appear diminished, and age spots will start to fade. Besides improving the look and feel of your skin, BeBella also boosts its natural defenses against environmental damage, one of the leading causes of premature aging. We based the BeBella regimen on the Japanese “layering method” of skincare. Japanese skincare often involves several steps - cleansing, toning, serum application, moisturizer and eye cream application. This is how BeBella is meant to be used. Though each product works on its own, they’re meant to be layered for maximum benefit. One product simply can’t do it all. What sets BeBella Apart? BeBella’s skincare secret is in its two patented anti-aging ingredients: Probiotic + Fissione Yeast Propagate Technology. Fissione is a skin-friendly yeast complex that encourages faster cell turnover, enhances the skin’s protective moisture barrier, and fights off free radicals. Lactobacillus casei Propagate Technology is [...]
