Secrets to Getting a Bikini Party - part workout, part what you eat -- SpinGym Bikini Diet Food Plan meal #1 3 egg white, 1 whole egg. 1/2 cup oatmeal topped with cinammon meal #2 3-4oz grilled chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli or 1 cup green beans meal #3 3-4 oz grilled chicken breast, 4 oz steamed yam meal #4 4 oz fish (salmon, tilapia, orange roughy), 1 tbsp almond butter, 6 asparagus spears meal #5 garden salad with 1/4 avocado, 3-4oz of chicken breast, 1 tbsp oil with balsamic meal #6 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup almond milk + cinammon

In 2010 I was inducted.... “Fitness Legends Gather for Memorable Occasion"   March 14, 2010 - Addison, Illinois Many legendary fitness professionals were on hand to help celebrate the 5th anniversary of the National Fitness Hall of Fame’s Induction Ceremony as nearly 200 people packed the Shiners’ banquet facility in Addison, IL on the 14th of March. NFHOF Founder John Figarelli, “I am both proud and honored to bring together so many quality fitness professionals and have the Hall of Fame recognize their wonderful careers. In attendance were Bill Pearl, Fred Schutz, Terry Todd, Ph.D, David P. Webster, Esther Gutierrez-Sloan, Melissa Orth Fray, Dr. Joseph C. Maroon, MD and Forbes Riley.  (Dr. Bob Delmonteque was unable to attend because of illness). One audience member proclaimed, “This year's event was EXCELLENT in every respect!  The venue, the menu and all the fine people you brought together all added up to a most memorable experience.” Dr. Bob Goldman, 2006 HOF inductee, helped co-host the event and present Bill Pearl, five-time Mr. Universe and the most widely traveled Mr. America with the this year’s “Lifetime Achievement Award.”  The always helpful, Del Reddy received the “Volunteer of the Year” Award. My Favorite Food Infomercial

  I've hosted a lot of infomercials in my time, but this was by far one of my ALL time favorites - Why? I got to include my whole family for the very first time.  The product was a frozen food home delivery company (they shall remain nameless as the show tested well and they decided NOT to roll it out because (as I was told) they did n't want to grow the business that fast -- go figure! The pictures say it all and I'm sorry the world didn't get to enjoy this show - it was a true sit-com!

We all have fear – but its important to REDEFINE - False Evidence Appearing Real! Overcoming fear requires a growth mindset; an attitude that we can grow and change if we choose. Nothing is “locked in” forever; we can change.  It takes time and practice.  Hopefully these tips will help you begin your journey to ditch fear. Here’s how you can start overcoming fear: 1. Look within. What is the root of your fear? Meditate on it. Look inside and ask yourself when the fear started: How far back does your fear go? Did you have an early failure that has stuck with you?  Explore it. 2. Be aware of fear in your life. Before you can begin overcoming fear, you have to admit that you have it. Perhaps fear is your “normal” state of being, and that is quite a bit to overcome all at once.  Write down some aspects of your life where have fear;  getting them down on paper is important, because trying to simply think them through never works. 3.
