Skinny is NOT the Goal!
Body image - what do you believe you should and perhaps can look like? Long and lean, toned and strong, bigger, littler - its a bit confusing. My thought is always health. Build muscle (not to excess), enjoy cardio like biking and hiking and understand that your body is where you LIVE - and if it breakdowns, where will you go!
