Here is a group of Nurses that my daughter and I both taught our full day SpinGym training certification.  These are such hard working devoted men and women.  Surprisingly they knew little about to effectively exercise and sadly so many were out of shape, bad knees, chronic back problems.  They LOVED SpinGym and I'm grateful to introduce and educate them.  Its also a phenomenal way to generate additional money - so please check out for more information.
